Additional Owners
Corporation Certificate

Additional owners corporation certificates will need to be purchased if there are two or more lots being purchased or if there are multiple Owners Corporations associated with any lot. For example, additional certificates must be purchased for adjoining carpark lots, a storage cage lot, or if any lot is part of multiple owners corporations. If you are uncertain if more than one lot or OC is involved or have other questions about additional lots and certificates, please contact Melb OC at admin@melboc.com.au  We will check if additional lots or OCs are involved for any Standard or Premium certificates purchased. If additional certificates are required but have not been purchased we will attempt to contact you but can not process your order until the necessary additional certificates have also been ordered.
